4:30 PM Poster Making Competition 2008 HQ Rules and Guidelines: 1. Each Pack/Coy may send in more than one poster. 2. Posters should be based on GGS’ theme for 2008. - Every Guide a Leader 3. Each poster should come in A3 size and LAMINATED. 4. Over-sized poster WILL BE DISQUALIFIED. 5. Posters are to be submitted by MONDAY, 14 January 2008, 4.00pm, at Guide House. 6. Late entries will NOT be accepted. 7. GGS may select certain appropriate posters for display at other events. 8. All decisions of the judges are final. EVERY SINGLE KC Girl Guide is required to submit one poster each. Everyone is to submit their poster during saturday meeting. Thank you(: Thursday, January 3, 2008

Wear P.E. attire, if possible. 2. 5th Jan, 2008 - CCA Orientation Compulsory Meeting, 7.30am-12noon at Father Barre's. Wear FULL GG UNI. Hat, jinglys. everything. 3. 8th Jan, 2008 - Porch Duty Week Please check the notice board! The porch duty list will be put up by Monday, 8th Jan. 4. Bring cans, washed and dried. No stinky cans please. Bring on the 4th. 5. Read the notice board regularly! New notices are put up without warning. alright. we're going to be meeting our prospective recruits this sat! isn't it exciting? don't scare them k (: study hard! 1:02 PM CCA ORIENTATION FOR SEC ONES! hello guides. Happy New Year! school's starting tomorrow. and on the 5th-that's this saturday- will be the Uniformed Groups' CCA orientation for sec ones. we'll be meeting our prospective recruits! its going to be a heck of a hectic day because we have to practice singing as well! for all of you guides who have no idea what's going on: 23rd February, Thinking Day RALLY - KCGG and GMSGG will be auditioning (auditions will take place on 26th jan!!!) to put up a choir performance. So we really, really, really need ALL of the guides - sec 2, 3, 4, 5 to turn up this saturday, the 5th of january. and, another thing - PLEASE READ THE NOTICE BOARD! there will be important notices posted there. from tomorrow on, notices will all be on the board. so please read. and if you notice any new notices, please tell your friends ok? thank you(: happy new year! |
