3:58 PM hello kcguides(: re. 21st June WALKATHON &stayover: Start Date/Time/Venue: 20th June, 2pm @ School End Date/Time/Venue: 21st June, 11am @ Bishan Park Please ask your parents to write a letter consenting to your presence on the abovementioned date (20th June-21st June) . Just write a letter stating that they acknowledge you attending the stayover. If you have any questions, please contact one of the leaders. Please bring the letter on the 20th of June. You will be with guides from 2pm on the 20th until lunchtime on the 21st. One-way Transport provided to Bishan Park, but you make your way home from there. Sorry for the inconvenience caused, but it is too late to issue consent forms. Please pass the word around. Submit this letter on the 20th of June itself. Mascot in-charge(s), please remember to bring along any materials. |
